About Sharon

Sharon Lachow-Blumberg  M.A.², RYT

CEO + Psychological Coach + Facilitator of Change

Sharon is an accomplished psychological coach, consultant, facilitator of change, and author. With her two masters in psychology, Sharon is able to blend the techniques of psychology and coaching to provide a unique client experience.

When she reached a milestone: the age her mother was when she died, Sharon realized that her intention and passion is to empower individuals who are not done making a contribution in their own lives, the lives of their family, their workplace, their community and their world. Sharon renamed and rebranded her HR and organizational strategy firm to include an intentional focus on individual change.

What makes Sharon unique is that she is her target market. She has personal experiences of loss, illness, and professional transitions. She has worked for large global organizations, i.e., IBM, Citigroup; smaller companies; and consulting organizations i.e., Deloitte and E&Y. Sharon serves clients in for profit and not for profit organizations across diverse industries.

In addition to her two masters, she has completed numerous post-graduate training and certification programs.  She also achieved a yoga teaching certification.

Sharon helps her clients: individuals and teams remain relevant and remarkable!
